I think Coco and Cadbury are perfect names.

Really? They didn't look like a Coco and Cadbury to me hahahaha... Someone suggested Tonks and Luna to me from the Harry Potter series. I'm considering Squish & Olive lol.

Amy is beautiful Does her saddle - the colour stripe down her back - go all the way to her tail? Sorry you may have said this somehwere else but how old is she? She looks to be about 6 or 7 weeks old in this pic. Kris

I like Veronica for some reason. Charlotte, Carla, Sophie, Isabella (bella), Sienna. I dunno, I just think that it takes a while for a rat to grow into a name, i mean my boys went without names for ages lol.

Squish and Olive! OOOH that's just so sweet...! I've always fancied the name 'Beatrice' for some reason, but I think I'll save that for the day when I own a girly rat again.

there are plenty of Name websites around. some have names for all sorts of animals, some are for dogs and cats (but you can still use those names anyway), even name websites for humans have good name too This site is good, coz it even has name just for rats: www.petnamesworld.com/

When I get my firs rats, my cousin wants me to name one of them Marat, because it sounds like 'my-rat' and because he likes the tennis player hahaha.

I hate trying to think of names lol... i got 3 boys at once so i named them after famous people they might have looked like by their fur colour... it was a long shot... we came up with Alice (Alice Cooper) then Bowie (David Bowie) and Billy (Billy Connelly) lol
a little girl i rescued recently has acquired the name Whinnie after the scotch Dalwhinnie (my boyfriend has this huge handbook with lots of scotches in it so i browsed through it for ideas...)
next rats i get i'll need 3... they'll be Talli, Obi & Fiddy (tallisker, Oban & Glenfiddich) lol sad i know

Our first rats were named Barty and Lisy (so original lol). Our next two were easier, my son is MAD about Tom and Jerry, so we named our new pair Jerry and Nibbles, and they sure live up to their characters!

my girls are fifi (short for seraphim) cocoa (very original) button, charm and the last girl is still undecided. she's got a very thin white stripe running up her chin and i wanted something to do with that. we're considering razor... if she'll forgive the boyish name. lol.
