That is very natural behaviour for Female rats. Nothing to worry about at all. Its called humping. Female humping is done when a female is in season (having a heat cycle) which happens every 4 to 6 days with females. Its the time they are able to get pregnant and they give off a scent that other rats can smell but humans can not. That scent can effect some females causing them to hump the female in season, or the girl in season may do the humping. More often than not the girl on the bottom is the one in season, but now and then the one in season will be the one doing the humping. What do you mean your rat has something wrong with her ear? Does she have bumpy ears? Does she have a head tilt? Is her ear all red and bloody looking? A vet with rat experience would know what to do with your rats, many rat conditions can be helped with antibiotics or other medications. All sick animals need to have vet care.
