What do you love the most about rats?

I love the way they use their little paws to scoop up the soy milk i feed them, i also love their cute little faces and beady eyes, they all have such different little personalities!

I love how they're so soft and warm. I love cold little ratty feet on bare skin and how Pixie's wheelie tail curls around my nose when she's on my shoulder. I love how they're so gentle taking treats - even if they're falling over each other just to get one! I love my rats!!

I love how big and squishy the males get, and the inquisitive nature of the females.

I adore male rats. People call me strange but you must admire a boy with testicles the size of his head

What to love the most about rats. well everything?

Their unending resourcefulness in finding games to play with whatever they have.

Waking up in the morning to see my gentlemen have been hard at work remodeling their cage.

The big yawn, stretch and snuggling up for a nap while giving them good ear scratching.

I guess you have to go with, top of all favourites, how individual their personalities are. You never have 2 rats the same. And im sure we could all write pages on their individual quirks and behaviours.

There are too many cute things to mention them all. I suppose my favourite things about the rattikins is, the way they cuddle each other and the way they eat. But the thing that gets me the most is the way they try to reach out through the cages with their hands, it's almost human like. I couldn't count the amount of times I've been 'grabbed' by little hands while standing close to a cage.

I love their little personalities - they're just like humans! And their hands, with the tiny finger joints. I also love when they brux - it's so cute, and hearing them happy makes me happy too! Other than that, the funny things they do - like last night, Widdershins was on my couch and I went to the toilet and came back to find her eating my phone cord - as soon as I spotted her, she gave me this cheeky look and ran away to hide. Hehe. It was hilarious, and I couldn't be mad at her!

I love it when they are being affectionate, our lil girl Maddie loves to rub her face against my cheek and hide behind my hair. And i love when I get up in the mornings and they all come running out of their igloos to greet me. Or the rush to jump out and climb my shoulders when I open their door.
Have to admit their tails still need to grow on me a bit more but I can tolerate the tails because they are such wonderful lil critters.
I love when the babies first open their eyes and start to get about exploring too.

I love how excited they are to see me at the cage door, and how it's almost impossible to reach in to change the food dish without having to scritch the half dozen that just crawled onto my lap .

Gosh, where do I begin
They are the cutest little things when they are cleaning themselves, or each other.
And the way they sleep, all curled up like a little cat. And like any pet, they know when you get home and get all excited which makes you feel so loved
